General Lighting:

Poor lighting is a major cause of headaches and fatigue. A fluorescent fitting can still be operating but putting out half it’s rated light output if not maintained. We will monitor your lighting levels in offices, warehouses and factories to ensure that they stay above recommended safety levels.

Security Lighting:

Faulty security lighting can go unnoticed for months. Routine checks and repairs ensure your staff and building are safer.

Emergency Lighting:

Dalton Electrical is IQP registered so if we are checking your emergency lights as part of our monthly checks there is no need for an annual emergency lighting inspection for your building WOF. We also repair the fittings in house to avoid costly replacement Fittings

Appliance Testing:

All appliance and electrical leads in commercial and industrial buildings are required to be tested and tagged to prove their electrical safety. As this can turn into a major job we include this in our monthly visits and do a different area of the building each time. This ensures your equipment is safe and you are complying with AS/NZS 3760.

Thermographic Surveys:

Electrical faults are a major cause of building fires. A six monthly or annual thermographic survey helps to detect potential problems so they can be repaired before any damage occurs.
