DESIGN AND CONSULTANCY

Dalton Electrical provide skilled electrical engineering services to scope and control your process or plant. Engineering concept, design and review are completed using tools such as EPLAN. Daltons also design and produce PCB layouts, 3D mechanical drawings and Functional Descriptions/GRAFCET drawings.

DATA CAPTURE & REPORTING

As industrial plants become more automated and connected, the options for viewing and logging production and other plant data increase. Dalton Electrical can implement this historical logging for your plant, and work with operators and management to develop useful tools to view this data. Some examples are performance monitoring, power usage reports, production or shift reports, wastage reports. Dalton’s have been heavily involved in recent successful product tracking, and serialisation projects.

Dalton Electrical have setup, commissioned and continue to support many high speed packaging lines which incorporate machine vision for quality checks.  This is an increasingly popular way of checking the quality and content of print on a product. These systems also work extremely well for detection of faulty, deformed, or missing parts

MANUFACTURING

Dalton Electrical builds its control panels with the same high standards it applies to all work. All control wiring is ferruled and numbered, all components are labelled and full drawings are provided. These measures help maximise the lifespan of your new system and make fault-finding quicker and easier in the future.

MAINTENANCE

Our service team can provide 24 hour, 365 days of the year back up services to all equipment, either via a remote connection, or by visiting site.

MANAGED SERVICES

Dalton Electrical can offer site audits, identifying all PLC’s and other equipment on site, supplying a full report and program backup dossier. We also offer ongoing fixed price contracts to carryout scheduled bimonthly/quarterly/annual backups and PLC battery checks.
