How we perform a Thermal Imaging inspection

We follow a simple four step process to find and resolve any issues you may have.

1. we inspect your site while it is running 2. we identify hidden hot spots and risks 3. we give you a clear report in plain english 4. we help fix any issues if needed

1. We inspect your site while it is running

No shutdown required. We carry out the inspection on equipment that is running, so there is no interruption to production and no unnecessary hassle for your team.

2. We identify hidden hot spots and risks

Using thermal imaging, we find issues that are not visible to the naked eye — giving you early warning before they turn into failures, outages, or fire risk.

3. We give you a clear report in plain English

You receive a detailed report showing what we inspected, what we found, and what matters most. If you need it for insurance, the information is there to support compliance too.

4. We help fix any issues if needed

If we find something that needs attention, we can help carry out the repairs at a time that suits you. That means less delay and a smoother process with one team helping you from finding the problem through to fixing it.
